Are the chocolates made in-house?
Yes, all of our bon-bons, chocolate bars, and truffles are handcrafted daily in our local chocolate lab using natural spices and fruit purees. We never use preservatives, ensuring both the quality and freshness of each piece.

What kind of chocolate do you use to create your bon-bons/truffles?
We use premium chocolates sourced from around the world, including Cacao Barry and Valrhona from France, Felchlin Chocolate from Switzerland, and Luker Chocolate from Colombia. All of our chocolates support ethical practices and are fair trade certified.

Where should I store the chocolates? Should I refrigerate them?
Chocolates should be kept in a cool, dark place—any room with air conditioning works well. Avoid refrigerating them, as this can lead to condensation, affecting both the appearance and texture of the chocolates, especially the ganache.

How long do the chocolates last?
Our chocolates have a shelf life of about four weeks from the time they are made. However, we recommend enjoying them within 12 days of purchase for the best taste and freshness.

Why buy a box if it’s cheaper per piece?
Our custom packaging is designed to protect the chocolates during transit or gifting, ensuring they stay intact and beautifully presented.

How do you color the chocolates?
We color the chocolates using cocoa butter, which is the natural fat found in chocolate. After coloring the cocoa butter, we apply it by hand to the molds using various techniques like airbrushing or hand-painting to create distinct designs.

Do you have anything sugar-free, low carb, or fat-free?
We offer 100% cacao chocolate bars. However, we do not carry chocolates made with artificial sweeteners or sugar-free options.

How many calories are in your chocolates?
Each piece contains approximately 35-45 calories.

How do I pronounce Cacao?
KAH-kow

What is Cacao?
