Her journey led her to train at the French Pastry School in Chicago and with master chocolatiers in Switzerland and Michigan. Inspired by global flavors and her Colombian heritage, Diana launched Uba Chocolates in 2024, crafting gourmet creations that celebrate the artistry and joy of chocolate-making.
