Orders for porch or curbside pick-up are typically ready within 3–4 days. Pick-up is available daily from10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. If you have any questions about your order or need assistance, please feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to help!

Once your order leaves our facility, it is your responsibility to handle and store it properly. We are not responsible for chocolates left in warm conditions. Please ensure your chocolates are placed in a cool, dry area immediately upon pick-up to maintain their quality. We do not offer refunds or returns for pick-up orders. If you miss the pick-up window, please contact us to arrange a new time.
